Several current and former Audio8ball.com hosts were winners at the Annual Golden Mike Awards ceremony, held at the Universal Hilton in Hollywood. The event is put on by the Radio & Television News Association of Southern California each year, and recognizes excellence in broadcasting in a variety of categories.

The four winners were recognized for their efforts on the air at Mt. San Antonio College Radio Station KSAK 90.1 in Walnut, CA.

The winners include:

• Daniel Nolte of Walnut, for best Traffic Report in Division B for radio stations with fewer than five full-time staff. The award was Nolte's fourth Golden Mike as a radio broadcasting student at Mt. SAC.
• Karlo Sy Su of Walnut, Danny Saldana of West Covina, and Jeff Bowe of San Dimas together won the Division B Best Radio Sports Segment award.

Audio8ball.com host, Cheri Hunter (heard on her show, "The Rack" Mondays from 6 to 8pm) assisted in handing out trophies at the event.
